Street festival canceled, Fourth of July fireworks still planned for Tomball

Tomball’s Fourth of July fireworks display will begin at 9:30 p.m. July 4, and viewers can park throughout the Four Corners Shopping Center parking lot and tune into 95.3 FM for music.
The street festival cancellation follows cancellations of the Tomball German Heritage Festival, Honky Tonk Chili Challenge and the Rails & Tails Mudbug Festival amid social distancing measures implemented to slow the spread of the coronavirus pandemic, Community Impact Newspaper previously reported.
